What is it about and why is it relevant ?
The Stakeholder Trust Map is a tool particularly relevant for increase the social inclusive aspect of your FCH, but through that it could be relevant for all the other key challenges of your FCH : it helps identify the stakeholders involved and understand the levels of trust between the hosting partner and potential stakeholders, and between different stakeholders. It allows partners to understand in which relationships to invest or improve.
This tool have been selected from a previous toolkit, the Co-Creation Navigator developed by Waag.
