How to set up a webinar series about FCHs

What is it about and why is it relevant ?

Webinars such as Fab City Hub Voices is a series of webinar created by Volumes during the CENTRINNNO project with the specific purpose of collecting and disseminate inspiring experiences from the ground to learn about the challenges of activating Creative and Productive Hubs and to cater virtual spaces to discuss the opportunities they open up for local innovation ecosystems with a global community of interested people.

The first edition of these webinars invited experienced hub managers of well-established CPHs to talk about opportunities and challenges they faced in setting up innovative hubs.

These interviews and the articles that followed are published in the CENTRINNO blog page and they form part of an evolutive on-line curated resource called Online Journal. It aims to via CENTRINNO communication and dissemination platforms.

During the second sprint and third sprint of the , from March to October 2022, Volumes decided to run a special edition of FCH Voices, inviting as speakers the 9 CENTRINNO Pilot cities.

This second edition responded to two main objectives:

1) a general one oriented towards understanding what a FCH is directly from the voice of its protagonists;

2)a second one, more operational, to extract tools and good practices from pilots’ experience to recurrent challenges toward FCHs.

To that end Pilots cities initially shared a presentation about their progress in the local context followed by a semi-structured interview conducted by Volumes questioning pilots actions and their impacts through the lenses of the 5 Key concepts and the 10 principles.
