👥Professional Reintegration Programs
Write the right question !
What is it about and why is it relevant
The CENTRINNO School programmes include training for workers to meet the skills demanded by a new economy, based on digitalisation and circularity. A Fab City Hub shall work closely with governments and organisations in charge of adult training to develop innovative courses targeting professionals who are unemployed and need to acquire new competences to be reintegrated in the professional market.
The CENTRINNO project developed 3 paths dedicated to digital couture, digital woodworking and internet of things. The duration of the training ranges from 4 to 6 months and it’s addressed to craftsmens who need to complement their technical profile with new competences in the domain of digitalisation, making and circular economy. The twofold objective of the training is to advance knowledge on the circular economy, including new forms of learning in interdisciplinary spaces, and upskill craftsmen for labour market integration. The curriculum of the courses must take into account both these aspects to ensure that participants increase their chances to find a job as rapidly as possible (therefore meeting the current job market needs) and that it contributes to the transition towards a more circular and digital manufacturing on the medium and long term.
