What is it about and why is it relevant ?

A visual tool for understanding who your partners are or might be and what role they play or could play in your ecosystem. It also allows you to visualise who you are targeting with your solution, what role each stakeholder could play in your strategy and how you will work directly together to reach them and by what means.

The participation or stakeholder map is a tool that can be used to have a better understanding of the local network, finding gaps or redefining roles in collaboration with your core stakeholders.

This tool is part of the SISCODE toolbox for co-creation journeys (p.42-43).
