🥝Circles of Connection
Mapping who you need to involve to reach your goals
What is it about and why is it relevant ?
The circles of connection give you a first overview of what steps you need to take to reach your goal, and which organizations or people you need to involve to get there. This exercise can be done with a team internally, or with your community – depending on the goal you set out to reach. If you have access to an online collaboration platform, like a online whiteboard (e.g. Mural or Miro), you can do this exercise online as well. If you want to apply it, you can find step-by-step instructions at Waag's Co-creation Navigator in the following link:
This tool could be used in discussions with the local hub community to find gaps and opportunities of the local network: which stakeholders are missing, which could be part of the potential target audience, etc.
